Who we are

This site belongs to Fssilva, Unipessoal Lda., with tax number (NIF) 514 701 153 and registered office at Travessa do Eirado, n.º 4, 4410-428 Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, which trades under the Agiliz brand. Contact: geral@agiliz.pt.

What the site is

The site presents Agiliz's work, client cases and our method, and lets you ask us to get in touch and book a call. Using the site is free of charge and does not create any contractual relationship. Services are always provided under their own proposal and contract.

The calculators

The calculators give an estimate based on the values you enter and on simple assumptions, which you can see under "How we do the maths". They are meant to give an order of magnitude; they are not a proposal, a quote or a guarantee of results. The right number for your company only comes from measuring the operation.

The client cases

The cases describe real projects, with the results measured at the time they were written. Each company's results depend on its own operation and are not automatically repeated in another. Client names and logos belong to the clients themselves.

Bookings

When you book a call you receive an email with a link to reschedule or cancel it. We ask you to do so if you can't attend, so that the slot is freed up for someone else. Agiliz may also reschedule a call if necessary, and will always let you know by email.

Intellectual property

The texts, the design, the MEDIR method and the rest of the site's content belong to Agiliz. You may read it, share links and quote short extracts, citing the source. For any other use, ask us for permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to send false or bulk requests, try to access areas that are not public, or interfere with how it works. We may block requests that appear to be automated.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that there will never be failures or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Agiliz is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's content or the calculators' estimates.

Personal data

What we do with the data you give us is set out in the privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the district of Porto, without prejudice to the rules that protect consumers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
